Hello, my name is Erin. I'm 19 years old and reside in a small suburb right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is my Fitness & Weightloss Journal. Here you can find daily logs of my workouts, food as well as certain Friends Only posts that include pictures of my progress.

I have been with this lifestyle change since January 2004. My start weight was 173lbs. My goal weight is 130-133lbs. I am currently 5'8" in height for all of you who are curious.:) My goal is not only to lose fat but to also gain alot of muscle. I look at the girls who are in Oxygen magazine as inspiration.

My goals are usually set for the last date in each month.

By January 30th : 163lbs *REACHED & SURPASSED!*
By February 29th : 155lbs *WEIGHED IN AT 155.5*
By March 30th : 152lbs *REACHED & SURPASSED!*
By April 30th : 149lbs *WEIGHED IN AT 150*
By May 31st : 147lbs *WEIGHED IN AT 148*
By June 30 : 145lbs *REACHED!*
By July 31st : 143lbs *REACHED & SURPASSED!*
By August 31st : 140lbs *REACHED!*
By September 30th : 138lbs *REACHED & SURPASSED!*
By October 31st : 135lbs *WEIGHED IN AT 139*

Workout Schedule

Gym days - Monday (arms & cardio), Wednesday (abs, back, shoulders & cardio), Thursday (cardio), Friday (legs & cardio), Sunday (every other week - cardio)
Gym Routine - Usually consists of weight training (20-30 minutes) and cardio (35-45 minutes)
Target Areas - Thighs, arms and abs
Video days - Tuesday and Wednesday

Video List consists of... Pick Your Spot Pilates, Firm and Burn Pilates, Fat Burning Pilates, Tae-Bo Ultimate Abs & Butt
